  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, or nutritional yeast for vegan option)
  • 1 egg (omit for vegan option)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
