Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Gradually add warm water until the dough is smooth and pliable.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion between two sheets of parchment paper until about ¼ inch thick.
