Ingredients

  • Sweet potato (peeled and cubed)
  • All types of beans (cooked or canned)
  • Quinoa (cooked)
  • Mushrooms (portobello or button, chopped)
  • Cauliflower (chopped)
  • Burger buns
  • In-N-Out style sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Veggie Patties: Roast sweet potato and cauliflower until tender. Mix with beans, quinoa, mushrooms, and cauliflower. Mash and form into patties.
  • Cook the Patties: Cook the patties on a grill or in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
