Description

Indulge in gluten-free goodness with our Gluten Free Monster Cookies from Tales Of A Kitchen! Flavor-packed and gluten-free, they’re a delicious treat for all.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups of Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Mini M&Ms
  • 1/4 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract.

Instructions

  • Combine the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, mini M&Ms, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Add the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, honey, and pure vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients: Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats and chocolate. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the oats are fully coated.
  • Form the cookies: Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and roll it into balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2inches  apart.
  • Flatten the cookies: Gently press each ball with your hand or the back of a spoon to flatten them slightly, shaping them into cookies.
  • Chill the cookies: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the cookies until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy: Once chilled, remove the cookies from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the cookies.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
