Author: Chris

Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Mini M&Ms
  • 1/4 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract.

Steps:

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, mini M&Ms, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, honey, and pure vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients: Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats and chocolate. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the oats are fully coated.
  4. Form the cookies: Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and roll it into balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten the cookies: Gently press each ball with your hand or the back of a spoon to flatten them slightly, shaping them into cookies.
  6. Chill the cookies: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the cookies until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Once chilled, remove the cookies from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
