  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Steps

  • Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
