I’ve listed in these pages some of the cooking tools, books and appliances I use. I receive a lot of emails asking what’s what, what’s best and what I use and I hope this will answer some of these questions. While it’s amazing having all these items in the kitchen as they make life so much easier (and fun!), just know that you don’t NEED all of them to enjoy a plant based, wholefood diet. Also, you can always look for other brands of equipment that are more accessible. Cooking, eating and seriously enjoying healthy food should be easy and should suit your own taste, needs and pocket so that’s it’s fun, tasty and sustainable.
