Chocolate mousse is one of the very first raw recipes I ever made, yeeeaars ago. And THE recipe that made me fall in love with raw desserts. This and raw strawberry cheesecake.
The simple ingredients, the ridiculously easy and effortless method, the fact it that requires literally zero time to whip up and the fact that it’s chocolate (duh) made this a staple dessert in my home. Countless times, countless dinners, for many friends, but mostly just for me. Over the years I tried many variations of this mousse, with and without avocado, with and without the yogurt, with and without cashews, with and without added flavors such as orange, mint, lime and vanilla. And although I love them all, this simple basic recipe is my go to. Because chocolate x 2 is always a winner.
Just in case there’s any doubt, the bigger bowl was for me and the smaller one for my better half. Because more chocolate is always better than less chocolate.
Hope you enjoy it! And don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel for lots more goodies!
