Minty fruits and nuts cocoa bars

What to do when we crave for a bite of something sweet & healthy? That can be ready in minutes?

We can definitely give these no-bake-gooey-choco-bars a go.

We used

nuts: almonds (but cashews, pecans, walnuts go as well)
dry fruits: pitted prunes and raisins 
           (but figs or apricots go as well)
1 TBSP coconut oil (melted)
honey or maple syrup (to taste)
2 TBSP raw cocoa powder 
2 TBSP shredded coconut
pinch of vanilla and few mint leaves

We added everything to the food processor and mixed well, leaving some consistency. Poured the mixture in a pastry shape and placed it in the fridge. In about 10 minutes it is ready to be eaten.
