This must be the biggest and most indulgent thing on the PLANET! And it’s also healthy and good for you. Made only with whole food ingredients, nuts and raw honey, it’s absolutely gorgeous. And so simple to make. The only thing you need to have prepared in advance is a frozen banana. Having bananas in my freezer at all times must be one of the most important food lessons of my life, one I learned from Emily at This Rawsome Vegan Life. You can always take one out, pop it in the blender and in less than one minute you’re adding sweet cold creaminess to your life.
- 1 pear, sliced thick
- 1 frozen banana
- 5 TBSP almond meal
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts (a handful)
- honey/agave/maple syrup, to taste
- Slice your pear.
- Add the peeled frozen banana to your blender or mixer and pulse for few seconds, scraping the sides as needed, until you get creamy and smooth mock ice cream.
