I’m on a short 10 minutes break, in between making chocolate grawnola and white chocolate coconut mousse. My mind refuses to sit down for a second and is eagerly planning the catering of a birthday high tea even while I am typing this. I am a happy busy bee, but I could not let this milestone pass without marking in down in the archives. Today (actually it happened overnight) Le Blog has over 10,000 facebook friends! Why is this a big deal you might ask. Well, TalesofaKitchen is only about a year old and it grew and improved so much in such a short period of time. I grew and improved with it. I learned so many things and connected with so many likeminded people. YOU are the best!
I don’t really have anything insightful to share, just wanted to give you this delicious gorgeous looking smoothie. Protein rich, very filling, super nutritious and hormone balancing.

- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- big handful of mango (you can use fresh or frozen)
- 1 small frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 TBSP maca powder
- 1 cup water
- Optional topping: raw bee pollen
- Add all to blender and whiz. Enjoy fresh!
