Broad beans crostini

Bean there, ate that.

These broad beans marinated in a blend of extra virgin olive oil, feta (optional for vegetarian/vegan diet), garlic, chili, bit of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and parsley are deliciously creamy and soft. We had them for a healthy breakfast, on homemade grilled wholemeal bread. But they are also perfect as a savory afternoon (easy) snack fit for a couple of kings!
